Our distinguished guest speaker for the December 11th NSL Luncheon is
Mr. Theodore Goda
ICEX Program Manager, 
US Navy Arctic Submarine Laboratory (ASL)

Mr. Goda will deliver a presentation discussing the ICEX 2018 and Ice Camp SKATE, as well as other ASL initiatives. Click here for his bio.

160318-N-QA919-321  ARCTIC CIRCLE (March 15, 2016) An HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter assigned to the 210th Rescue Squadron, Alaska Air National Guard, and a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter assigned to the 1-207th Aviation Regiment, Alaska Army Air National Guard, fly over the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Hampton (SSN 757) during Ice Exercise (ICEX) 2016. ICEX 2016 is a five-week exercise designed to research, test, and evaluate operational capabilities in the region. ICEX 2016 allows the U.S. Navy to assess operational readiness in the Arctic, increase experience in the region, advance understanding of the Arctic environment, and develop partnerships and collaborative efforts.
